  1. All participants should read carefully and agree to the Terms and Conditions prior to registering for KODW 2020.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice.
  3. In the event of any dispute regarding the programme, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
  4. The views of the speakers do not represent the position of the Organiser.
  5. Participants should ensure that all personal data provided for the purpose of entering into KODW 2020 is true and accurate.
  6. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for delayed, late or misdirected entries during KODW live streaming.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse registrants' participation or access to KODW 2020 who disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to KODW 2020 or to the enjoyment of any other registrants or partners at KODW 2020 immediately and without giving advance notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses or damage incurred by the registrants' inability to access KODW 2020.
  8. The KODW 2020 appointed registration service provider will process the registration and payment on behalf of the Organiser. It will contact the registrants for matters relating to registration and payment if necessary.
  9. When accessing KODW 2020 forum/workshop sessions through a mobile network, fees for data usage may apply on registrants' network or roaming network, that is entirely at registrants' own cost.
  10. One registered email can only be used for one registration and access KODW 2020 with one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) for one participant viewing experience.
  11. The information provided on this registration form will be used for the purpose of registration and for promoting HKDC and her relevant events in complying with the requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If you do not wish to receive such promotion materials, please indicate in corresponding option below.
  12. The programme and T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  13. These terms and conditions are prepared in both English and Chinese languages. In event of any discrepancy between the two language versions, the English version shall prevail.
